    Being ethical is crucial to being a good leader. To be run a successful business you must strive to be ethical. When people know you are thinking about their best interests, they will be loyal. When you give your employees moral responsibilities and expectations, you help make sure that they follow those rules.

    One thing you have to have when you’re a leader is some tenacity. When issues arise, the team will look to you for direction. As a leader, you should know how to handle any problem that comes your way. Your team will be motivated by your persistence.
